DFT-TB Dynamic and static fatigue testing machine

Description
        This testing machine is applicable for static and dynamic test for the steps and pallets of escalator and moving walks.
        With additional clamps and fixtures, this machine can complete the dynamic and static mechanical properties of materials and components, including Tensile, compression, low cycle and high cycle fatigue tests of materials and components.

    5.3.3.2 Static test:
    Test project in "5.3.3.2.1 steps, 5.3.3.2.2 step riser, 5.3.3.2.3 pallets".
    5.3.3.3 Dynamic test:
    Load test in "5.3.3.3.1 steps, 5.3.3.3.2 Pallets".

    1、Maximum static test force： ±20 kN, accuracy ± 1% within 2 ~ 100% FS
    2、Maximum dynamic test force： ±20 kN, accuracy ± 1% within 2 ~ 100% FS
    3、Maximum amplitude： ±50 mm
    4、Frequency range： 0.1 ~ 40 Hz
    5、Maximum test space： No less than 750 mm
    6、Distance between columns： 530 mm
    7、Test platform： 1800×1000×800 mm
